A Refund problem

I've been ordering from Shein for quite some time and I haven't had any complaints with the store until I ordered some clothes and two items came back bigger for me so I decided to return them. They told me within 7 days my items would be refunded and that I'll have to then wait for my bank to process the money. I waited and waited the status on my refund is still saying processing by the bank. I app**** for a return on the 14th of July just as soon as my items arrived it's the 1st of October now and I haven't received the refund. I'm now panicking , I really need help. I've lost so much hope now, please help.
