2 right foot shoes

I’m so disappointed that I place an order and received 2 right foot shoes, doesn’t make sense to me how the packaging was done and confirmation before dispatched.

The sad part is that I needed these those for a wedding now I don’t even have money to get another pair and the return process is taking so long. Also the fact that I need to pay buffalo fees for a mistake I didn’t commit is just an extra.

So much disappointed I have to say.

I don’t understand how the SHEIN app says I’m refunded when I’m not.
