have been ****** of my hard earned cash by Sheerprops Property Agent

<p>i paid a deposit for a flat that i never got to move in due to its filthy state. it was like a dumpstad. we were promised to move into the property by the 1st of May 2016, after renovations had been done by nothing had been done when we checked by the 30th of April and also on the 3rd of May. we were left with no place and lukcily got something and now the paid deposit for the place that we never lived in is still being held by Sheerprops or John Mountain as said by Maralyn Goldsmith. they wrote us a letter to say they are forfeting the deposit since they had later renovated the place and we did not move in. we did not sign a lease and neither did we have such an agreement with them. our agreement was to have a place to stay on the 1st of May 2016. this is so stressing and i do know how they are still in business or maybe thatis their way of doing business.</p>
