Sheeline not supplying all the hardware in a kit that was purchased and then tells me to buy it at another supplier

I bought a double garage door, installation kit and motor at Sheeline and experienced not only unprofessional and *********** service that I had to call every time to get an update on, but the don`t supply the hardware that is advertised and then tells me i must go and buy the needed hardware that they were supposed to supply because they don`t see spares in their factory. Busninesses, do not buy here!
