False advertising

I purchased the sheer bliss mobile back massage session for my mum for her birthday. On the website itself it appears that what you are purchasing is the massage therapy session that will be delivered on the date noted. When I contacted their call centre to advise on what time frame would be better for my mum, they informed me that they will be delivering the voucher first on the day and then my mum would need to contact them to arrange the appointment. This was false advertising as nowhere on their webpage did they make mention of this. If that was the case, I would have ordered a more tangible gift for my mum to receive for her special day. I am deeply disappointed by the false or misleading advertising and the support received at the call centre. Next time I will choose an alternate floral delivery service for special occasions.
