Announced as a competition winner but ignored for 22 days
I was announced as a Sheen Hair ZA competition winner on 17 July 2026 and was told to keep an eye on my DMs for details on how to claim my prize. By 24 July I still had no communication, so I messaged them myself. I sent my contact and delivery details and even commented on one of their recent Facebook posts asking them to respond. It is now 8 August and I have still received no response, despite the page continuing to post regularly. Another winner confirmed that she was contacted, while another winner has also told me she has received no communication. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If a business publicly announces competition winners, there should be proper communication and follow-through. I would simply like Sheen Hair ZA to respond and confirm what is happening with the prize I was announced as winning.
