Worst Manager Sevice ever as a first time client.

Most horrible first time experience purchasing from Sheek Hair.

Firstly my order I received was wrong. I ordered 4 packs of Nano Ring hair extentions. I received 2 packs.

I called in and reported this. Was put on hold and had the lovely experience with Micher.

When talking to her she wanted to get back to me I told her no Im calling you now to resolve this now.

After a long fight with her and after numorous excuses she finally got my order delivered with same day delivery.

What got to me the most was the fact that It's Micher blamed her receptionist for the pacakaging mistake. As a manager you are responsible to check and ensure your orders go out correctly.

Do not blame your staff...

Then she blamed the courier services.

Just say sorry dont blame others you as a manger should take responsibilty.

I feel Micher is not fit for her possition as a manager as she has no idee how to talk to clients. She is rude and unprofesional.

I will never purchase anything from you guys ever again.

Not with the service I received.

I have been in this industry and I know how it can be.

Never have I treated our clients in this manner.

I would love if the owner of this store could get in contact with me.
