I ordered 2 packs of 100g hair extensions thinking it was 100g excluding clips as that's the average price for 100g excluding clips. I also was not informed it was including clips. I received the package late and actually had to collect the 1 package from almost an hour away as it was not delivered as promised. I immediately could tell this was thin and not the quality I expected. 1 pack is meant to be enough for a full head. I bought 2 packs and still it was not enough. I weighed the product's and together they weighed 127g so that's not even the 200g promised with the clips. A brush I ordered was a volumising brush and not a detangeling brush I ordered. The silver toner does not look like a toner but instead a silver or blue shampoo... with another label on it... no proof that it's a dye and not a colour shampoo. The service was ridiculous. It took 2 days to get an order through plus late delivery and messages after hours.</span></p>
