SHEADS MEAT MARKET BAD CUSTOMER'S SERVICE

On Sunday I bought lamb stew from Sheads, I got home and I realized they gave me bones with a lot of fat and a little bit of meat on them. I tried calling them immediately around 13:30pm and unfortunately they had closed for the day. I phoned the next morning around 9am and spoke to a manager, I forgot his name. I tried to explain my story to him and his response was that, the bones that were sold to me were on special and that's reason why. I explained to him that when I requested for a lamb stew I was not told anything about a special and I did not request for any special. All I did was to ask the guy who was serving me to give me lamb stew, so it means he just decided on his own to give me lamb that was on special which was bones without asking me if I wanted it or not. This guy did not have any interest or whatsoever in my query, he immediately switched to a defence mode and started blaming me for their mistake. He was so remarkably rude, he argued with me instead of listening to my point. I eventually said to him, we have a problem that needs to be resolved and as a customer I'm obviously not happy with what I've been sold. I asked if I can bring back the bones so that they can give me proper meat and he refused. The guy had no interest at all in what I was saying, he was so not concerned and he just did not care. I was referred by a friend to this butcher and my first time experience with them was a nightmare!. Sheads meat is not loyal to their customers and they have no respect for your customers. The way you treat customers is appalling, you are just ******! I wonder how u are treating your own staff. I will never recommend you to anyone and I will never ever set my foot in your disgusting store ever again! You are so selfish and inconsiderate.
