Bad customer service and damaged goods

I purchased a slab of cheese at this Butchery, two days later when i opened the pack I realised a bad and funny smell. I took back the next day. They told me: They dont accept returned food after 2 days. I asked them but the item was bought here with your company name on it. They refused to listen to me. I asked to speak to the manager, instead they brought on of the guys cutting meat to speak to me. He couldn't solve my problem. They kept on telling me that the owner is not around and sent meat cutters. Their attitude was bad and shown signs that they don't care. They left me to stand in the shop for more than 30 minutes without any person helping me. I told them, the matter is not about R40 for cheese, is the respect of the customer. They told me to go and do whatever, they are not going to change it or refund. They used to give better service before they moved to the bigger shop, now the attitude has changed, just because they are making money. They have a stinking attitude.
