Word of warning when using She Shoots Imagery

We paid her in full for our wedding package and for preservation of our wedding flower. We got married in October 2024 and we are still waiting for our items, we have only received our photos via Google drive and none of the other items paid for. The photographer ignores all phone calls, whatsapps, instagram DMs, emails and Facebook messages. She makes empty promises about sending our items to us, but it's been 8 months (going on 9) after our wedding and we have received nothing, even though we paid for the courier as well. Be warned of this photographer.
