Don’t book her

Our wedding was in December. First of all she sat about 50% of the day chatting with our guests instead of taking photos, yet we pay her per hour. Our couples session after the ceremony took about 15 minutes and it was done. It was weird but we’re conflict adverse so we let it go. I did receive some of the photos in February but it’s all the same photos just changed from color to black and white. We only invited 20 guests and had taken photos with all of them but did not receive all the photos with our guests. It is now months later, I’ve been texting and emailing but I don’t get a response or my photos. I see now that this is the trend and how she conducts herself. I’m so disappointed.
