My Account are still not paid by shd financial

I see that my review was removed it's now five months and still my acc haven't been paid yet so I don't know what was said for my review to be removed..when ever I phone them they don't answer I emailed them the just say they still waiting for some doc's what .how long must I wait for my acc to be paid .my vw acc is now in arear with R6400 .my Nedbank still haven been paid so its now five months and im still waiting.so my acc keeps on going into arrears so
