Frustrated with SHD

Yesterday I wrote a review on this company but was asked to remove it after I got a contact number an employee (finally) Although I myself are not a client of them neither is my husband he did not agree to anything to this company. No agreement was sighned. He did sent an email to them within 48hours on the 3rd of July stating that he do not want to make use of their services. But yet on the 23rd of July an amount of R7000 was deducted from his account. After that no emails was answered no whatsapps rep**** phone lines not working for a few days. Finally a lady promised that they are working on this matter but was not resolved. Then on the 23rd of Aug R7000 was again deducted. Spoke to a guy there who also said he will look into this matter. Then again all communication stopped! Again not answering phones or whatsapp messages. We are really really getting frustrated with these people. We can not afford to loose that kind of money.
