Bad service

Very poor service 👎 been going back and forth with them since last year September my stuff has still not been resolved...I was told everything will be sorted after my last payment and that was end of September up until now no joy..very very poor service..tried calling the office I get redirected to another client of theirs that still waiting on a response from them as well and he also paid in full .. I haven't received any feedback from customer service via email and no response on whatsapp.
