BAD BAD BAD ....INFACT NO SERVICE

I have had the worst experience with this company they have deducted my money and I have not received any service from them instead I'm being sent from pillar to post and the consultants one of them Eugene are now ignoring me ,can the company please return my money because they have not given me any service whatsoever
