What you see is not what you get .

I ordered their Charcoal floor tile. I had to pay a substantial amount upfront, and then waited 5 weeks for delivery . Upon arrival, i noticed that the tiles were pale grey and nowhere near the charcoal they display in their gallery .when i phoned Olivia i was told that “ each batch was hand made, so the colour would vary dye to the bespoke craftsmanship” . This was an unbelievably convenient excuse for terrible workmanship . Theres is a vast difference between pale grey and charcoal . This company has zero morals or ethics . I am now left with R 10000 worth of very ugly pale grey tiles . Please do not support this business, despicable attitude and workmanship.
