Poor quality Shawson Plastics

Bought a pedal bin whose pedal mechanism failed within a few weeks.

On visiting the store the 1st time I was charged R560 plus when price was R483 on their site.

I requested a replacement stopper/clip and was provided a spare.

Imagine my surprise to note after a few months that all these stoppers/clips holding the pedal mechanism together were missing.

Very poor quality.

On enquiry for spares I was told they had none as the bins came from China as a set. Sadly I was under the impression that I was supporting a SA manufacturing company.

They also could not provide any technical details ito specs / measurements etc. Merely refered me to Builders.

Poor quality! Poor customer service and poor backup services and lack of knowledge of "own product"!
