<p>Shawn Khumalo has delivered services on 12 October 2016 to repair the heating system of our pool. At first he quoted a certain amount for the thermostat and element. Afterwards he claimed an additional amount for the casing. We accepted and paid him the full amount via EFT on the day of "reparation". Since then the heating system has never worked. We have informed Shawn that there is a problem. He has not fixed the problem to date</p> <p><br />We demanded a full refund for the money we paid him for the element and thermostat as the system is not working at all. We were happy for him to come and collect these items</p> <p> </p> <p>Shawn has been avoiding us</p>
