Your Staff is Terribly Mannered

Dear Lisa* - I am not your child!

I'm not sure who made Lisa decide she is my personal assistant, this blatantly rude individual decides to tell me how to manage my time during on an online course when I am given an option to join the class at a later stage, I was given an ultimatum to join within 30 minutes or, and I quote "fall behind and fail"- on top of that she wants me to share my results when I've opted not to share it with the advisor. She spent a few minutes raising her voice at me when I continued to explain that the class can be joined by before the end of the day - I have paid for a service, not to be Lisa's punching bag.

I sure hope I never have to deal with this individual again, I want this rectified - I was contacted at 14:10 20/10 on ***.
