You made me a BELIEVER!

Honestly, my experience with Shaw Academy started on rocky ground. I signed up for a free trial, and then life got in the way and I completely forgot about it. After the first month, I noticed a charge to my credit card that I didn't recognize.

I emailed them asking what it was for and requesting a refund, and they told me that I had signed on for the Academy and the terms were clear at that point. That I was not going to receive a refund, but that they would gift me 6 months access if I chose to accept it.

I rep**** that I wasn't super thrilled and just wanted my money back. The consultant, David, actually took a lot of time explaining things to me and was very attentive to my needs.

He then extended the offer to 12 months, telling me it was enough time to finish the Diploma in my chosen field, which I accepted.

Since that point, I have attended every class and I absolutely LOVE the depth of information, the attentiveness of the lecturers and supporting staff, and their desire to solve any problems that arise.

I have since upgraded to a LIFETIME membership and will not be without Shaw Academy in my life again.
