You cannot cancel your subscription, either via site or phone - please don't join

I tried to cancel my subscription via your website and tried to call way in advance so you do not bill me a further R1300 + but alas my request via your website was ignored so I called in and guess what, when you hit option 4 to cancel, you just get back to the root menu. Very clever, very devious of you. Kindly return my money
