Worst institution ever

Probably the worst institution I've ever come across. The took money from my account months after I already cancelled my free 4 week subscription. The worst part about it is even after I emailed them about it (they don't have a contact number) they said that I didn't cancel it on time and there's nothing they can do about it, but they assured me no more money will be taken from my account. One week later another amount was subtracted from my account. Absolutely absurd. I would never recommend anybody to EVER even think about making use of Shaw Academy. A 1/10 rating is too high for them.
