Wont assist with a refund

Shaw Academy is a **** and takes money without authorization. And when you email them to get a refund they claim to have called you to try and resolve the query. When they never called. You get nowhere with nobody.

I am truely disappointed with them and wouldnt recommend them to any of my friends and family.
