When do we call it *****?

I cancelled my Shaw Academy account in October last year, it was never logged, I got billed in November, after complaining about that they reassured me that the account would be cancelled and I would not get billed again. Fast Forward to January, and I get Billed R200? Like WHAT THE ****?! I have not used or been on your site, not even out of curiosity since October 2020, why am I being billed? Surely this is *******, its akin to *****ing money.
