Very dissapointed at Shaw Academy

I'm so disappointed in Shaw academy. I'm doing the graphic design course. I was promised 30 day free trial on adobe creative cloud, but my account still shows as the 7 day free trial. Their interface is also a huge let down. Assignments and quizzes in browser and app are not corresponding.

Class reminders are delayed and incorrect.

Support respond to support emails with generic templates that don't deal with your problem properly. They take days and days before you get a half answered reply back.

Then a 3rd party (online education sa) agency phones to offer support and a 3month deal, and without proper info or confirmation just activates the service on your account and deduct R999 from your bank account.
