Very disappointing

Very disappointed in being **** to when originally starting up. Was told if I signed up on the day everything would be free for lifetime membership and now I am being asked to pay for my modules, I have to pay for my certificates each time I do an assignment. With all the hidden costs I would now have to pay more than what I originally paid for a lifetime free membership! I don't even have access to the courses I have already completed as they have told me I need to pay to get all my assignments, certificates and notes from them. When contacting the academy to discuss why they are all of a sudden making me pay for everything after being promised everything would be free, I was told that they made an executive decision to add additional costs on all courses including existing students memberships, and I was not notified about this at any point. When talking to the academy while signing up I was told that because I called them to signup all my certificates would be free because I called and now I have to pay R499 per certificate.
