Very disappointed

This company seems to be treating their customers very badly. After signing up for a free course, wherein you must supply your credit card information but are assured you can cancel easily before they charge you anything, everything seemed great. (Had to refuse some of their extra offerings they try to sell you whilst signing up, but that is to be expected)

I viewed my profile, and there was a button stating something like “Get your toolkit”, nothing more. I clicked this, next moment, my phone got a sms from my bank, R399 was deducted. No message on the site about “You are about to purchase XX” or “It will cost XX” or anything. Not even an OTP requirement from my bank.

I sent them an email asking for a refund, but they refused, instead offering me other free products I do not want.

I will never deal with them again, and caution others to thoroughly examine if they can be trusted. I see numerous other reviews (after the fact unfortunately) of similar experiences to mine.

Adding insult to injury, in my attempt to “easily” cancel my free trial, I was forced to call them, and listen through loads of “special offers” before being allowed to cancel. Wish I never found their site!
