What a useless bunch on unhelpful people I cancelled My Subscription and got an email confirming my Subscription is cancelled then all of a sudden i get another transaction run on my card and i go check back and my account is active again this is useless

they even called and i explained the whole story and they said they would check it out and get back to me and still nothing
