As experienced by others, it's nearly impossible to cancel your services with Shaw Academy. I also signed up for a "free trial" and started the course I supposedly got "for free". I quickly realised that the course was not adding any value for me (wrong level) and therefore attempted to cancel my services before the billing date. I got resistance and "Kim Mbire" insisted that they would give me an extra month to try some other courses I did not need and want. I clearly stated that I have been battling to find time to do the studies and that the course I signed up for was not appropriate for my level. After extending on their insistence they then went ahead and billed me a few weeks later. I have not even logged into the platform in the last 60 days but they blatantly refuse to process a refund. Shocking company. Stay away!
