Unresponsive staff. Lying staff. Spamming staff. Poorly trained staff.

Most unhelpful staff. They flat out lie about not receiving emails. Then you end up going backwards and forwards for ages evn months because they do NOT know what they are doing. They ignore emails and claim they didn't receive them. Well I sent 30. Know the person "assisting" me who I have been asking over and over and over to assist me in making a paypal payment can't do it. Then she says I am a lifetime member.... Then why did you spam me with your personal email Rachel Plunkett? Why did you have your email send me automatic spam emails EVERY DAY. Then when I sned emails you never respond. Then you do then you can't do anything. I emailed three people but you were the only one to respond. Another guy called me and said for "masters" cours I need to pay. Now she says I am a lifetime member what am I trying to achieve? Seriously? I also gave her my Paypal details then she asks the beyond idiotic question if the Paypal account email is different to my email. I sent it to her now she asks such an idiotic question. I insisted on speaking to a manager or at least someone who knows what they are doing because she obviously doesn't.
