Unprofressional Services

I am being refused a refund for purchasing a toolkit in error. I did not receive any pop up to confirm the purchase and I find it unprofessional that Shaw Academy would use my credit card so freely. Furthermore, I was billed for a subscription on 3 November 2020 and did not get any notification thereof. The reason for me signing up with Shaw Academy was that I could not afford to pay for these expenses and my subscriptions have always been renewed by Shaw Academy at no extra cost, this was done when I called to cancel my subscription. I did not expect Shaw Academy to make me run around for my own money. Both of these purchases were ill advised.
