Unlimited Hard Copy Diploma Lies
I usually would do this but I am at my wits end now. I completed My EQF 5 about 6 Months ago and still have not been able to get my diploma.I have sent multiple emails to get help with this and keep receiving the same generic email or no response at all. I am doing multiple co****s with Shaw and constantly receive sales pitches about the endless amount of hard copy diplomas which I now believe is FALSE advertising. at the beginning I would has given them at least an 8 out of 10 but now feel like its a waist of time and you will have nothing to show for it at the end.

14 Jun 2019, 08:50We had technical difficulties with the logistics and the printers where the certificates were dispatched without tracking and some of the students received incorrect certificate copy for a different course than the ones they actually completed. We have resent the hard copy certificates now.
