Unhappy single mom

I won a 4week free course via Vodacom summer shake with Shaw Academy, which I happily did at the beginning of the year I did not finish the course in the 4weeks and I had cancelled my subscription otherwise I would have been billed. Weeks went passed and during lock down Craig from Shaw Academy called me to say he sees I did not finish my course would I like an additional free one month with access to my tool kit and E-certificate absolutely free, so I thought why not it is lockdown I might aswell do something productive. Craig told me to wait 48hrw before I log into the app which I did and nothing worked I could not access my free tool kit nothing I then emailed him and to this day have not heard anything. And today the 17 July 2020 R499 was debited off my account from Shaw Academy with no consent from myself and when I tried calling the Cape Town office the machine recording says I must leave a message. When I emailed I get a response to say they cant refund me as it's stated in the terms and conditions. They say I did not cancel but I did as my account is inactive. This money they have taken from my daughter and I, I am a single Mom I do not earn a great salary I get no financial support from her dad and now they go and ***** my money. And for me to take it further I will have to pay in R200 plus or minus this is the cost at the bank as this is an international company. I am far from impressed I am ****ed off!!! I need to buy my dr medication and all that and now I am R499 short because of Shaw Academy!!!!!! And why have Shaw Academy taken so many months to debit off my account??? People can not ***** from people like this Its wrong and inhuman.
