I app**** to study a module through a Vodacom gift I received for a 4 week course at Shaw Academy. I had Gilmour give me a call to assist me and he confirmed that Vodacom is taking care of all the expenses of the course but they needed a credit card to activate the account. I was then suddenly charged R499,99 and R399,99 without my consent. I had to freeze my credit card to stop futher amounts being taken.

I then have been trying to get hold of them for over a week now but there is no response.

I have also had difficulty with accessing my course content and have requested assistance and again noone has assisted or contacted me after several emails and phone calls.

This feels like a false money making scheme when there is no communication or accountability. This is unacceptable and *********. I urgently need those funds back.
