They ask for your credit card details in order to sign up for the free 4 week trial. Before accepting it gives you a message they will notify you before they charge your account. I realised the next day I was unrealistic and would not have time to attend to the course. I did not attend one course. I tried to cancel 3 times but they insist you need to keep doing the course. I went to the cancelation link and cancelled and they have charged my account saying i didn't cancel and they wont give me back my money and I have 3 emails to show I asked to cancel. They literally make it almost impossible to cancel. The last comment was I needed to speak to a student counsellor to cancel. I had not attended one session.
