After getting a voucher to study via Vodacom Shake Daily Promotion, I decided to enroll for Shaw Academy course. Vodacom said its a free 4 week online course. When I registered it was said it just a module. How can a module be the same as a course. Vodacom??? Why?

Having said that, I decided to continue and finish the remaining 3 modules. I tried to ask about the way forward via support@shawacademy but no response. All I could see were links to "unlock certificate" , "unlock material". I ended paying for material for R399 thinking that will open my path to complete the course only to find out that I have to pay a subscription later. This information is not available on their website. I wanted to continue learning but lack of information and support forced to buy things that I did not want. I became frustrated and started to research about the college only to realize that their qualifications are NOT accredited as they claim. Why advertising that they are accredited yet you know that soon after you got bankrupt in 2019 things were never the same. One reason I decided to go for the qualification was the issue of European Qualification (Accreditation). Please don't advertise what you are not. I am really disappointed because of my money and time. Please do not take any money from our credit cards too as most complain about that.(Particularly mine. I will go berserk. The R399 that you too is enough!!!!!!!!) Finally, be clear about what you are. Your courses are not accredited and not worthy what you say.
