Signed up for the four weeks free trial period, a representative contacted me during my trial, and I explained to him over the phone that I am not making any commitments to signining up the course as I was in my trial phase and still deciding between courses. He said no problem, he will restart my trial period and add another course to trial so that I can decide. On that day, I was charged. ***?????? I have complained and been promised a refund, but a whole month has gone by without a refund.

Now I see all the other complaints on hello peter and I'm not the only one. These guys should be blacklisted.
