Undelivered Certificate for a Social Marketing course I completed

I am highly disappointed in Shaw Academy. I completed my Social Marketing course and have not received my certificate. I have been told by a few people that they have been waiting four months and longer and have not received theirs either! I wanted to do my Digital Marketing course but now I am skeptical of Shaw Academy....

Why is it that throughout my course, the service from Shaw Academy was amazing and emails were responded to in less than twelve hours and now that I am requesting my certificate, I am being ignored???

I need that certificate for a job in the UK and now I am being held back because of Shaw Academy.

Good day, Please remove the review of Shaw Academy. They have finally advised how to download one's certificate. I mentioned to them that in future, they should send emails to students on how to download their certificates, otherwise students (like myself) will have no idea how to download their certificates. Shaw Academy rep**** and advised that they have sent my suggestion of letting students know via email on how to download their certificates/diplomas to their technical team. Thank you Shaw Academy!
