Unauthorized debits

I am extremely angry as money keeps being debited from my account despite my canceling subscription as per their cancelation policy and sending numerous emails requesting a refund. No one answers calls or calls you to try to resolve the matter. I'm at the point of wanting to take legal action as I am just not in the financial position to keep losing these funds. Disgusting that they will continue to do this when people are battling financially through a pandemic. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
