UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT - LEAVING MY CHILDREN WITHOUT FOOD!!!!!!!!!!

This company has debited my account with R499 after speaking to a gentleman from their offices on Wednesday the 4th of March telling him that i am a single mother of 3 children and not in a financial position to afford anything currently and he acknowledged this. This Friday my account was debited with the R499. I get paid R1250 per week, with which i have to pay rent and feed my children. I do not have any support from anyone. You have taken the ONLY money i had to buy food for my family. This is unacceptable and i expect to be refunded immediately.

You offer me a 6 months membership worth almost R3000, but cannot refund me my R500? I do not want a membership, i want to feed my family.
