Unauthorized charged after I cancelled in time

Shaw academy erroneously debited my account after I have cancelled 3 times, a week before the 4 week free course was over. They now say they dont give credit as I have accepted the Ts and Cs and I loaded my bank details giving them the authority to take my money. They have falsely advised that it's a 4 week free course. Take note. 1. I won this 4 week free course through vodacom shake 2. In order to view or take advantage of the free course... the shaw app did not allow you in until you loaded your banking details 3. When you try to bypass it. A message comes up assuring you that we can cancel through support@shaw..... 4. The message states a reminder email will be sent. But it was never sent. 5. I cancelled several times with no response. 6. I went back into the app to remove my banking details..... I AM NOT GIVEN THE ACCESS TO REMOVE MY BANKING INFORMATION. 7. Is this a justified debit that went off on my account after I cancelled on time?
