Unauthorised transaction

I made the mistake of joining Shaw Acadamy, joined on 22 July for free course as they advertised, after week of battle course webinar not showing etc cancelled the course on 27th July this still putting me within free trial period adding they gave extra 30 days. Received email from shaw saying course has been cancelled so I never thought twice about them again until to my suprise on 18 August payment of R199.50 went off my account. After numerously trying to contact them no success. Like they vanished off the face of the earth. No email response nor phone. I requested refund as how can they just take money if I cancelled in my trial period. They are ****ers, liers and *******.
