Unauthorised payments off my bank account, a year after I unsubscribed

Cancelled my subscription in 2020, and then was debited twice on my bank account... 02 Feb 2021 and then the 5th of Feb 2021, without authorization. Been trying to get hold of the Cape town branch without any answer. Website complaint also no response. Never subscribe to their courses, Also your email inbox gets spammed all the time. Not the service I expected
