Unauthorised deductions

Very poor ... you keep deducting money and yet i only attended one free lesson... i could not access any of the other free lessons because of you poor online. i emailed countless times to request that i cancel before the actual study begins... you all did not reply a month latter you started deducting money... you still have not refunded me. and even then i emailed... no answers....
