Unauthorised debits from my account - no resposne from Shaw Academy
Despite promising a once-off lifetime membership, you are still debiting my credit card. You were also meant to refund me money in Sept. I've tried calling and emailing, but no response whatsoever. I am now going to lay a ******** charge.

Do write an email to *** with the subject line "Payment and Refund Query" and they will respond to you within a few hours. They would need certain payment details which I am not authorized to take over a social media platform.
