Unable to cancel my subscription

Ive been trying to cancel my "free" subscription... (free for the 1st month then they do not mention any other costs like the certificates and module kits) nothing is being done, no one gets back to me. I was on a ridiculous 20min phone call only for the robot to tell me to email a certain account and no response from this email! NOT IMPRESSED! Would not recommend anyone
