Un-authorised deductions taken without knowledge or permission by Shaw Academy

In 2018 I bought Life Membership with Shaw Academy after completing 3 of their courses. In March this year, a course in Social Media marketing was advertised as free and I signed up for it. Part way into the course I received a phone call from their South African agent saying payment was required. I explained that as the course was advertised for free; AND as far as I was aware, I still had the Lifetime Access as purchased in 2018, I did not feel payment could be asked. They promptly cancelled my subscription to the course. This did not concern me until in June I noticed three amounts taken out of my bank account, totaling R997! I have sent numerous emails requesting clarification, as well as the fact that these deductions could be considered ********** as they were taken without my knowledge or authorisation. I am still waiting to hear what the (*******) charges were that were taken from my account in March, April and May! No explanation or refund has been offered, after numerous emails were sent. The only response was an email I received stating my membership was duly terminated. I am still waiting for response to my consequent response to this. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I have all mails, etc on record.
