TOTAL ****. SHUT THEM DOWN.

Less than one star. After leaving a scathing review about their to say the least, 'shady' accounting operations, having unauthorisedly re-instated my cancelled membership and debited my card for a Premium membership I never requested, I received a further, saccarine reply, stating they were sorry I had been less than satisfied (I am not at ALL satisfied, in fact highly irate!) with their service and should as such contact the 'priority refund' email. I did this within hours and received THE IDENTICAL, COMPUTER GENERATED REPLY, giving me a 'unique ID Number' and promising a reply within 48 hours, if not sooner... Well, that was 3 days ago. I am now changing my tone... Don't simply be very wary. Avoid these ******** completely. Thanks to them I have lost money that I really cannot afford to. Shame on you, Shaw Academy, *****ing money from people and then stringing them along. I hope you get closed down soon.
