In such a difficult time with the entire world in a pandemic this is one of those companies promising you the world and ending up giving you sleepless nights and *****ing your money.

R999 has been taken from my account on 25/07/2020 and I'm still waiting and begging them to unlock my content.

There is no contact details for anyone to speak to, I can only email my queries and complaints and then just get a email back that it has been escalated.

To whom? Has it even been escalated?

It has been escalated several times but with no outcome?
